The team is working on the launch of the first fund, currently being defined, which will aim to invest in impaired and/or illiquid credit exposures (both portfolios and single names), of a banking and/or leasing nature.
The Gardant Group has successfully invested in opportunities of this type for a total amount of Eur 1,2 billions.
As of 2021, the Group’s new organisation has shifted its Debt Purchasing strategy to Gardant Investor SGR, which herefore benefits from the origination, underwriting, management and servicing capabilities of the entire Group.
